RuikeWin is pleased to announce the release of TestControl Software Version 3.2, a major update to the control platform that powers all of our pressure test systems. The update is available for all systems shipped since 2020, with free upgrades for customers under active support contracts.
The most visible change is a completely redesigned user interface. The new UI features a modern, intuitive layout with customizable dashboard widgets, drag-and-drop test sequence builder, and multi-language support for English, Chinese, German, and Japanese. Dark mode is now available for reduced eye strain during extended test runs.
Data logging capabilities have been significantly enhanced. Version 3.2 supports sampling rates up to 10 kHz per channel, with automatic data compression and cloud backup options. Test data can be exported in multiple formats including CSV, Excel, PDF reports, and directly to SQL databases for enterprise data management systems.
Real-time curve visualization has been upgraded with multi-channel overlay, zoom and pan controls, automatic scale optimization, and annotation tools. Engineers can now compare live test data against reference curves and specification limits in real time, with automatic pass/fail indication.
Remote monitoring is a key new feature in Version 3.2. Using secure WebSocket connections, authorized users can monitor test progress, view live data, and receive alerts from any web browser or mobile device. This capability is particularly valuable for unattended overnight tests and multi-site operations.
Industry 4.0 integration is addressed through OPC-UA server functionality, enabling seamless connection to factory MES and SCADA systems. The software also supports MQTT protocol for IoT data streaming and REST API for custom integration development.
Existing customers can download Version 3.2 from the RuikeWin support portal. Installation typically takes 30 minutes and does not require hardware changes. Technical support is available for assisted upgrades.
