RuikeWin participated in the Hydraulics Pneumatics & Seals Expo 2025, held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from June 28-30. The three-day event brought together over 200 exhibitors and 5,000 visitors from the fluid power industry.

Our booth featured live demonstrations of two flagship products: the 6,000 bar impulse test system and a newly developed automated leakage test bench. The impulse test system drew particular attention from automotive sector visitors, who were impressed by its ability to run 500,000 cycles unattended with real-time data monitoring.

The automated leakage test bench, making its public debut, combines pressure drop, vacuum, and helium sniffer methods in a single compact unit. It features automatic part loading, barcode-based test program selection, and statistical process control (SPC) data output — addressing the growing demand for Industry 4.0-ready test equipment.

Beyond product demonstrations, our engineering team conducted three technical seminars during the expo. Topics included 'Custom Test System Design for EV Applications,' 'Achieving ISO 17025 Compliance in Pressure Testing Labs,' and 'Digital Transformation of Test Data Management.' Each session was attended by 30-50 engineers and quality managers.

International visitors from 15 countries visited our booth, with particularly strong interest from Germany, Italy, South Korea, and India. Several meetings were held with potential distribution partners for European and Southeast Asian markets.

The expo confirmed several market trends we have been tracking: the rapid growth of EV-related testing demand, increasing requirements for test data traceability and digital integration, and a shift toward turnkey test solutions rather than individual components.
